Free Camping Ground

Golf Club Camp Ground for Patrons of the Club ONLY.

The Coona Golf Club provides a FREE CAMPING ground at the back of its club.

Bookings are not necessary.  As there is plenty of room.

You can park either close to the Club end, for easy access to Club or other end of piece and quiet in the bush surrounds.  (Please bring a torch with you as its dark when walking back from the Club at night!)

There is a BBQ available in the Clubs grounds.

Playground available for the kids.

Please feel free to come and have a chat to our friendly staff or play a round of golf whilst you make yourself at home.

Rules

No camp fires allowed – this is a condition from our local Council and our insurance company

PLEASE sign in at Club from 4pm – this is a condition from our local Council and our insurance company

Limit is 2 nights as per our local Council.

Visitors that use this area must be self-contained, as this is a primitive camping ground.

Clean up when you leave, do not dump water/waste on ground – there is a Dump Point in town if you need it.

Dogs/Cats are allowed, they must be on a leash at all times.

Generators are allowed – please be mindful of others around you if you are using one in regards to noise.

The Clubs asks; that you come buy a beer from the Club. This helps us immensely, after enduring drought and then Covid. Thank you.
